Refund policy
You may return any item purchased on Ma Va’ Collection within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided that the product is new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags still attached.
To start a return, simply email us at info@mavacollection.com, stating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions and the address to which you should ship the parcel.
How to return an item:

Make sure the products are in the same condition as when you received them: unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached. If the return does not meet these conditions, it may not be accepted and the parcel may be sent back to the sender.

Place the items in the parcel, preferably using the original packaging or equally sturdy packaging.

Ship the return only from the country and delivery address used for the order.

Follow the shipping instructions we will provide by email.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged as a flat rate of:

€10.00 for returns from Italy

€20.00 for returns from EU countries
Exchanges are not available. You may return the item and, if you wish, place a new order.
Refunds:
For all approved returns, we will register the return in our systems and issue the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase within 20 business days from receipt and inspection of the returned items. The refund covers the price of the returned products; return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return two different orders in the same box?
Yes, you can. Please mention this in your return request email and clearly indicate the order numbers and the items included in the same parcel, so we can process the return correctly.
